At R J Printers, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing and customized products. Each order is carefully processed based on the customer’s design, content, and approval. Since most of our products are personalized, refunds and cancellations are subject to specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and moved to the printing or production stage, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellations made before the printing process starts may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative or processing charges.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a cancellation request depending on the order status.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
The printed product significantly differs from the approved design or specifications.
Refund Conditions:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Proof of the issue (clear photos or videos) must be emailed to rjprinters001@gmail.com.
After reviewing the complaint, we may offer:
A reprint of the product at no extra cost, or
A partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Customer-provided design errors (spelling, layout, color mismatch).
Slight color variations (common in digital and offset printing).
Delay caused by courier or external delivery partners.
Orders canceled after printing or production has started.
3. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the error is from our side.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after verification and approval.
