  • Orders are processed only after full payment and final artwork approval from the customer.
  • Order processing time depends on the product type, printing method, and quantity.
  • Normal processing time is 2 to 5 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Large or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, or India Post.
  • Shipping mode (standard or express) depends on the customer’s choice and product type.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Other Areas: 5–10 working days
  • Remote Locations: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or festive seasons.


4. Shipping Charges
